• To send you order updates, including on WhatsApp to the mobile number you gave at checkout
• To send occasional letters from the farm, if you joined our community list (you can unsubscribe anytime)
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations

Payments

Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments India under their own privacy policy. Your card, UPI, or bank details are entered directly on Cashfree's secure, PCI-DSS compliant systems. We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details.

Sharing

We share your information only as necessary:

• Delivery partners — to ship your order (name, address, phone)
• Payment gateway (Cashfree) — to process payment
• WhatsApp — to deliver order updates to your mobile number

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.

Your private order link

Each order has its own private link that shows the order's status and details and lets you complete payment if needed. Anyone who has the link can see your order, so please do not share it publicly. You can also look up an order on our Track Order page using your order number and mobile number.

Cookies

We use minimal, essential cookies and browser storage — for example, to keep your shopping cart intact while you browse. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Data retention & your rights

We retain order information as needed for our records and any applicable tax or legal requirements. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing contact@thooyabhoomi.farm or messaging us on WhatsApp. We will respond within a reasonable time.
