These Terms govern your use of thooyabhoomi.farm and shop.thooyabhoomi.farm, and any purchase from Thooya Bhoomi, a sole proprietorship of Minu Priyadharsini G ("we", "us"), 342/2 Nelvoy Kandigai Road, Asanellikuppam, Nemili, Tamil Nadu 631051, India. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

Products & Pricing

We sell natural farm products — cold-pressed oils and rice. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without notice; the price shown at checkout applies to your order. Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay. As these are natural products, slight variation in colour, aroma, sediment and quantity is normal and is not a defect.

Orders & Acceptance

An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully received. Orders that remain unpaid are not packed or dispatched; you can complete payment from your order page. We may decline an order (for example due to stock availability or delivery-area constraints); if we decline an order you have already paid for, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Payments

All payments are made online through our payment gateway, Cashfree Payments, by UPI, card or netbanking. We do not offer cash on delivery. We do not collect, see, or store your card, UPI, or bank details.

If your account was debited but your order shows as unpaid, the amount is automatically reversed to your account. See failed or unconfirmed payments in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Nature of Products

Our products are natural and perishable. Minor variation in colour, aroma, texture, sediment, or quantity between batches is inherent to natural farming and is not a defect. Please store products as indicated on packaging.

Intellectual Property

All site content — text, images, illustrations, and the Thooya Bhoomi name and logo — is owned by Thooya Bhoomi and may not be reproduced or reused without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
